All shipments are primarily processed through the United Postal Service (UPS). All Ready to Wear Wigs have a processing time that is up to 15 business days with 1-3 days needed for shipping. Once wigs begin processing, orders CANNOT be cancelled, as each wig is individually sewn, customized, and styled upon order. All other items have a processing time of 3-5 business days and 1-3 days needed for shipping.
