All Ready-to-Wear Wigs require up to 15 business days for processing, with an additional 1-3 days for shipping. For all other items, the processing time is 2-3 business days, plus 1-3 days for shipping. Please note that processing times may be extended during holidays and sales events.

Our wigs come in a standard medium size, fitting a 22.5" head circumference, which is the average head size for most women and generally fits well. If you need a smaller or larger size, please specify in your order at checkout or contact us directly within 24 hours of placing your order.

Yes, you have up to 24 hrs to cancel your order once it’s been placed. After that, orders cannot be cancelled.

Units in the Ready to Wear Collection come fully customized. This includes bleached knots, hairline plucking, and styling. Units in the Frontal and Closure Wig Collection do not come customized and will need to be styled.
