Return Policy
ALL SALES ARE FINAL! We believe in delivering only the healthiest and cleanest products to you. Hair is a hygienic product and for your safety and the safety of others, Gorjess Wigs has a strict no return policy.
Returns are only available in the event that you receive the wrong product. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@gorjesswigs.com. Before a refund is processed, your order will be inspected for the conditions listed above. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Gift card returns
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
