Shipping

All shipments are primarily processed through the United States Postal Service (USPS). All Ready to Wear Wigs have a processing time that is up to 10-15 business days with 1-3 days needed for shipping. All other collections have a processing time of 2-3 business days and 1-3 days needed for shipping. We do not offer overnight/express shipping so we encourage customers to place their orders with enough time allotted for processing and shipment! Holidays and sales may extend wait times up to 20 business days. Tracking will be sent to your email once your package has been shipped out.

To ensure your package gets to you safely, we offer 2 forms of shipping. Our standard shipping option along with our insured shipping option. Orders sent with our standard shipping option will be insured only up to $50 in the case your package become lost or damaged. Orders placed with insurance will cover up to the entire order cost, in the case your package becomes lost or damaged in transit. All disputes in either cases are to be filed directly with USPS. Once your order has been shipped, Gorjess Wigs is NOT responsible for any damaged or lost packages.
