All orders ship with UPS (United Parcel Service).

Processing times

• Ready-to-wear wigs: up to 15 business days to process, plus 1–3 days to ship. Each wig is individually sewn, customized and styled for you, so orders cannot be cancelled once processing begins.
• Everything else: 3–5 business days to process, plus 1–3 days to ship.

Next Day Delivery

Available on:

• Body wave and straight raw Burmese bundles
• Ultra HD lace closures and frontals

To get your order the next day, place it before 3 PM EST, Monday through Friday, and select Next Day Delivery at checkout. Orders placed after 3 PM, or on a weekend, ship with the next weekday cutoff.

Ready-to-wear wigs aren't eligible for next-day or express shipping, and they ship separately from bundles. Please order with enough time for processing and shipping. Holidays may extend wait times.
